Carlisle served as the Chief of Weapons and Tactics at Holloman from 1984 to 1986, and this is his first visit Holloman since taking command of ACC in Oct. 2014. Airman 1st Class Joshua Gorman, 49th Maintenance Squadron Aircraft Metals Technology apprentice, creates a new flap mount for an F-16 Fighting Falcon at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. April 30, 2015. Gorman uses a mill to drill and ream holes into the new flap mount, which will replace the old ones on the tail flaps of an F-16.
